the hospitality, place and the room, it is an excellent hotel to stay. The next time i go to phuket i would prefer to stay at the same hotel there was discoordination among hotel workers, some of them may be very rude towards customers, while the others were really friendly |

I liked the cleanliness of the room and surrounds. The staff were also very helpful, but sometimes their lack of English was a little frustrating I thought the bed in the room was one of the hardest I had ever slept on and could have been a touch softer |

The pool was awesome, the swim up bar was absolutely fabulous and breakfast was delicious. It catered for everybody's needs. Every room was great. We stayed in just a standard room, but we had a great view of the pool. The place felt like home. This hotel had the best location of Patong Beach, what a great atmosphere ut had!. Sometimes the rooms were cleaned quite late in the afternoon which became a little annoying when we wanted to have a shower (without clean towels). |

Nice pool bar I can honestly say that this was the worse high end resort/hotel in all of my travels in Asia (outside of China) that I have stayed in. The place is way over priced and makes no effort at service.. Try all other options first. |

having the pool access room it was very over priced the hotel spa was expensive than going to a spa in London!! The staff did not speak good english which made things a little awkward and any excursions you wanted to do were more than double in price if you booked then through the hotel. |
